Half Dome

I was happy to catch this view of Half Dome from up on Tioga Road in Yosemite. One of the most recognized images of Yosemite, Half Dome looms high above Yosemite Valley. One sad but true fact is that Yosemite Valley can be hazy with smog due to the huge amount of car traffic from visitors. I must give kudos to Zion National Park for the implementation of mandatory busing which cuts down on smog and overcrowding in the park. Watch for other parks to start following their lead (I hope!).
