When I had most of my gear stolen in Kentucky I got to spend some extra time in the suburb of Prospect, right outside of Louisville. While I was biking back from the city in the late afternoon (after a day of shopping for replacement equipment) I caught a glimpse of two deer eating grasses amidst the development of an expanding shopping center. I was surprised to see them in such a populated area. Where will they go when the this area is fully developed? If you haven't spotted it already, there is a young deer in the lower left hand corner of this photo.
