Camping Out

Here's my wonderful roadside abode at Don Pedro Reservoir, CA as I made my way towards Yosemite. This was one of a handful of times that I camped in an unimproved area. I usually stayed in campgrounds or in city parks. It was so warm out that I didn't even put my tent up! Notice my solar panels in the lower right hand corner that had been collecting the afternoon sun. There was such a heatwave that I broke camp at 4:30 AM to get in some riding in before I melted in the heat of the afternoon. If I had only known what Nevada was going to be like! :-)
